Coenzyme Q10 (Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Whole) 25 mg
Zinc (Zinc bisglycinate) 5 mg
Selenium (Selenomethionine) 18.75 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide.

Suggested use

Adult men, 19 years and older: Take 2 capsules 2 times per day with food or milk a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take 2–4 hours prior to exercise.
