Suggested Use
Adults: Put 1–4 drops under the tongue and swallow, or mix with 30 ml of water or juice, three to five times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Take with food. If taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Cautions & Warnings
Cautions and warnings: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are allergic to herbs from the Lamiaceae family such as basil, lavender, mint, rosemary, sage, or thyme.
Discontinue use if gastrointestinal upset occurs. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Dilute in olive oil if irritation occurs.
