Suggested Use
Adults: 1 sachet 1 time per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Dissolve 1 sachet in 500ml of water.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking antidepressant medications, taking blood thinners or digoxin or if you have diabetes.
Contraindications
Do not use with other potassium containing supplements or with potassi um-containing solt-substitutes.
Known Adverse Reactions
Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which cose, discontinue use. -May cause nousen, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps; discontinue and consult a health care practitioner if these symptoms are severe.
