Suggested Use
Take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 175mL to 250mL of water twice daily. On workout days, take 1 serving immediately after you work out. As with all creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Take separately from products containing caffeine. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks.
