🍑Peachy Clean Protein Smoothie Recipe

Here's a new dairy-free, vegan smoothie recipe that looks and tastes like it's from a fancy smoothie bar. It takes advantage of the fresh, seasonal flavours of peaches, and is a great way to use the mint or basil from your garden. The added protein and healthy fats from the avocado will keep you feeling full and energized for hours, the oat milk and banana add to the creaminess and it all blends up into a tasty, healthy smoothie you can make in just minutes!

RECIPE: 

1 1/2 cups oat milk (or your choice of non-dairy beverage) 

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen avocado

1 cup frozen peach slices 

1/4 cup fresh mint or basil leaves, to taste

DIRECTIONS:
