Advanced B Complex® Ultra utilizes extended-release technology for better absorption and provides all B-group vitamins, some in multiple forms, for maximum efficacy.
This product contains niacin, the most active form of vitamin B3 and the most effective for heart health and maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. Niacin is generally not used in B complex supplements because it causes a harmless but uncomfortable flushing sensation. Advanced B Complex® Ultra contains a harmless dose of niacin, and its extended-release formula minimizes the risk of this flush. Advanced B Complex® Ultra is unique in that it contains pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), a vitamin-like nutrient that supports brain health.

Suggested Use

Those sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience skin flushing, generally mild and temporary.
