Hair/Skin/Nails Ultra provides key building blocks and nutrients, such as biotin, zinc and silicon, to support skin elasticity and hydration, healthy hair, and nail strength and thickness. Biotin, zinc and silicon are integral collagen and keratin cofactors, which regulate skin elasticity; optimal levels of these nutrients have been associated with healthy hair, skin and nails. Zinc also promotes immune function in the skin, while clinical studies indicate that biotin may help reinforce the keratin structure of the nails, promoting strength and thickness. Similarly, vitamin C and copper are important factors in connective tissue formation and repair. Vitamin C supports collagen formation, while helping to counter the effects of oxidative stress along with sustained release CoQ10 complex. BioCell Collagen® is a patented, clinically researched, hydrolyzed and denatured low molecular weight type II collagen. It provides a naturally occurring matrix of hyaluronic acid (HA), chondroitin sulfate and collagen type II proteins.

Suggested Use
Helps to maintain healthy hair, nail, mucous membranes and skin. Helps in connective tissue formation. Helps to maintain immune function.
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 month.
Cautions
Consult a healthcare practitio-ner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking sulfonamides or blood pressure medication.
