DESCRIPTION
Each 5ml (1 teaspoon) contains 140mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 11mg of arachidonic acid (AA) and 24mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
Adult and children age 5 years +: taking the product for the first time, for the first 12 weeks, take 2 teaspoons 2 times daily (once in the morning and once in the afternoon) with food. Thereafter, take 2 teaspoons once daily with food.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months.
