Myo-inositol	2 g
D-chiro-inositol	50 mg
Folate (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium salt)	200 mcg
Vitamin B-12 (methylcobalamin)	1.5 mcg

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: Stir one scoop (2.15 g) in 250 mL of water, two times daily, or asdirected by a health care practitioner.
