Water and Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate.

Recommended Use

Suggested Use: Spray 2-5 times onto your skin and massage the area. It may feel slightly oily at first, but will absorb quickly, as it is not an oil. If white salt residue appears on the application area, simply wipe clean.

For a foot soak, add 30–60 mL to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes. Please recycle container.
