Witch Hazel – is a natural astringent, its tannins help reduce dark circles under eyes, puffiness and swelling.
Caffeine - is a natural anti-inflammatory, it can effectively reduce the amount of swelling throughout the under eye area by constricting blood vessels.
Niacinamide - is a unique form of Vitamin B3 that is an effective skin-lightening compound and is also good for aging skin.
Cucumber Extract - at higher concentrations than just using cucumber slices, this extract soothes and moisturizes the areas around the eye.

Recommended Use
To minimize dark circles and puffiness (bags) under the eye.
Dosing - for best results, wash and pat dry affected areas of the face before each application. Gently massage a small amount of cream to dark circles under the eye and to puffy and or wrinkled areas around the eye. Apply cream, twice daily, until it disperses into the skin. If you use moisturizers or make-up, wait 10 minutes after applying the cream before applying these additional products. Several weeks of application (often at least 2-4 weeks) may be necessary to see results.

For external use only. If the cream accidentally gets into your eye(s) rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if hypersensitivity occurs such as rash or irritation. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional advice. Store at room temperature.
