Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement take 1-2 capsules morning or afternoon as needed. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.

Contraindications: Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure or kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics,  cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, antibiotics or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
