Essential fatty acids have a critical structural role in cell membranes in the brain. Omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA, are involved in neuronal growth, and help support cognitive health and brain function. They are especially vital throughout pregnancy to support fetal brain growth and the formation of the retina and visual cortex. The omega-3 fatty acid EPA is also the direct precursor for prostaglandins, which are involved in maintaining the body's normal inflammatory processes.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
