HOW TO USE
Take one-half to one capsule every 3-4 hours, up to a maximum of 5 capsules in a 24-hour period. One pill equals one cup of coffee. For occasional use only.

Warnings: For occasional use only. Caffeine intake is not advisable in cases of high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes, or heart problems. It is not intended as a substitute for sleep. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
