Thyro Support® is designed to support underactive thyroid, sometimes called subclinical hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is a medical disorder in which the production of thyroid hormones is inadequate. Subclinical hypothyroidism, although less severe, still has harmful effects, including fatigue, weight gain, cardiovascular problems, cold sensitivity, dry skin, brittle nails, constipation, general weakness, and depression. The ingredients of Thyro Support® provide the raw materials for the production of thyroid hormones and also help increase the conversion of the T4 hormone into its most effective form, T3. Thyro Support® ingredients include the amino acid tyrosine, the plants Coleus forskohlii and Bacopa monnieri, and the essential minerals iodine, zinc, copper, and selenium. People suffering from an underactive thyroid, those diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism, or those showing symptoms of an underactive thyroid, including fatigue and weight gain, may benefit from Thyro Support®. Since the thyroid is closely linked to the adrenal glands, individuals needing adrenal support or exposed to chronic stress may also benefit from this product.
Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients (per 3 capsules): L-tyrosine 1000 mg, iodine (from potassium iodide) 500 mcg, Coleus forskohlii extract (10% forskolin) 250 mg, Bacopa monnieri extract (50-55% bacosides) 300 mg, copper (citrate) 500 mcg, zinc (citrate) 5 mg, selenium (selenomethionine) 55 mcg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: maltodextrin (corn, sweet potato), sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.
Suggested use
Adult dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Cautions & warnings
Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause gastrointestinal disturbances such as epigastric burning sensations and nausea. Stop taking this product if you develop rashes. Consult a healthcare professional before taking this product if you are on a low-protein diet or for use beyond four weeks. This product contains an ingredient derived from corn; do not consume if you have an allergy.
