Forward Multi-NutrientGelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), microcrystalline cellulose, ethyl vanillin.
Dosage
Recommended adult dose: 2 packets daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Each packet contains 5 Forward Multi-Nutrient capsules, 1 EPA Essentials softgel and 1 PhytoNutrient Essentials capsule.
Cautions
Caution:
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are a tobacco smoker, if you have cancer, diabetes, a liver disorder or a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, or if you are breastfeeding or are taking sulfonamides or any prescription medications. Some people may experience diarrhea. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
