Each teaspoon contains a crude quantity equivalent to:
Organic black walnut (Juglans nigra) fruit green hull	703 mg
Other ingredients: Organic alcohol 25% (from sugarcane) and purified water.

Recommended dose:

Adults: Take 3 teaspoons daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product 2 hours before or after them.
