I have my life back.

I started to experience severe PCOS in my early 30's that was so debilitating, I could not get out of bed. The pain was so excruciating that I started to consider ending my life. I found the PCOSense powder supplement on a PCO support forum as a last ditch effort. I was heavily skeptical, and thought it could be snake oil or an MLM product. But after ordering, the change to my life happened within a week. My hair isn't thinning as much, but most of all, I can walk again and function at work like I use to.

I actually ovulated and surprise, surprise, we got pregnant!

Through trial and error, over the last year I have tried many products in an attempt to:
1. Have a regular period
2. Regulate my hormones
3. Get pregnant
As someone who suffers from PCOS, when PCOSense first came out, I started calling all the health food stores around me. Thankfully I found it, and went and bought it that day!
I am SO HAPPY that I did!
While taking PCOSense I noticed a few physical changes that I absolutely loved: my blood sugar was stabilizing, those annoying little chin hairs caused from the excess testosterone were gone, AND my body fat started to drop!
I now have a body and metabolism again like I did at 18!

While using PCOSense I actually ovulated and surprise, surprise, we got pregnant!

Period pain diminished

I have been using this product not for fertility or pcos but for painful periods. It took about 2 months of consistent (daily) once a day doses but after 6 months I can say that my period pain has greatly diminished, and have had a couple cycles where I have not needed to take any pain relief medication, which is huge because I don’t think that has happened for over 15 years. This product is worth a try and is the best price point from my research. Myo-inositol is also great for better quality sleep.

Hard to tell

I am not at a point of seeking fertility or weight loss, so I decided to try this solely to manage hormonal acne/facial hair as well as intense cravings. I've been taking 2 months fairly consistently (miss the odd dose approx once a week), its hard to tell if it is making a difference. Though I did get a full period for the first time in forever, I haven't noticed a difference in terms of hormonal acne/hair growth. Worth a try if you are on the fence!

I like that the 387g comes with a longer scoop to avoid getting your hands all dirty

No scoop

There is no scoop, so it’s unclear to me how much to add to water. I tried half a teaspoon. The product tasted fine, not really much to taste.
