Natural Factors Quercetin Lipocell Matrix is very effective for relieving allergy and asthma symptoms. I only need to take 2 softgels @ 250mg each because they are better absorbed instead of having to take 2,000 mg of regular Quercetin to eliminates symptoms. have been taking just from reading about these but I take the 5HTP at night which really seems to help my sleep and just read another review that she takes with her 5HTP at night so will try that .. more sleep .. more health .. they are pretty big !!

I have been taking this Quercetin regularly for over a year now, ever since I read the research about its antiviral effects. A few times when I’ve felt like I might be coming down with something, I’ve doubled up on Quercetin and I can honestly say that I feel this really helps stop a cold or virus in its tracks.
