Medicinal ingredients:
L-5-hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed)	37.5 mg
Saffron extract (6:1) (Crocus sativus) (stigma) (1% safranal)	5 mg
Lavender powder (Lavandula angustifolia) (flower)	50 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate)	2.5 mg
Magnesium (bisglycinate)	37.5 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, enteric coating (purified water, ethylcellulose, medium- chain triglycerides, oleic acid, carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin, sodium alginate, stearic acid), croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 2 tablets 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions

Caution: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John’s wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have scleroderma. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Keep out of reach of children.
