1–2 cups coconut or organic dairy-based yogurt to make your base
2 strawberries, sliced
½ peach, sliced
½ kiwi, sliced
1 Tbsp buckwheat groats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Optional: nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts), seeds (pumpkin, flax) for extra essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6)
Optional: If you want more protein (especially if using coconut yogurt), add 1 scoop of your favourite vegan protein and blend into the yogurt first.
Add your choice of yogurt to a bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon to mix with the Whole Earth & Sea Boost Me Power-up Mixer
